EXAU Olive Oil is a 100% family-owned, regeneratively farmed extra virgin olive oil brand.
Founded in 2018 by Skyler Mapes and Giuseppe Morisani.
Olive groves have been in the Morisani family since 1927 along the Ionian coast of Calabria, Italy.
Featured on Oprah's Favorite Things twice (2020 and 2023).
Skyler Mapes named Forbes 30 Under 30 (2020).
Skyler Mapes and Giuseppe Morisani are the co-authors of The Olive Oil Enthusiast (Penguin Random House).
Both founders are Level II certified olive oil sommeliers.
Silver medal winner at the New York International Olive Oil Competition.
All olive oil is first cold pressed using cold milling and cold extraction methods.
All farms are 100% regeneratively farmed using organic methods.
