What we collect. Your email address and the country you select. That is all. No account, no payment details.
Why. To email you when EXAU begins shipping in Europe, and occasionally before then about that launch. Nothing else. We never sell or rent your data.
Legal basis. Your consent, given when you submit this form (GDPR Art. 6(1)(a)). You can withdraw it any time — every email carries an unsubscribe link.
Who else touches it. We use Brevo as our marketing platform. By submitting the form you agree that the personal data you provide is transferred to Brevo (Sendinblue SAS, France) for processing, in accordance with Brevo's privacy policy. Your data stays inside the EU. The form is protected from bots by Cloudflare Turnstile, which may set a technical cookie for that alone.
What your browser stores. On arrival our site checks your country and saves the two-letter code in your browser so you are not re-checked on every page. It is not linked to your email and never leaves your device.
How long. Until you unsubscribe, or three years after the launch announcement if you never open anything.
Your rights. Ask us to show, correct, delete or export your data, or object to its use — email us and we action it within a month, free. If you are unsatisfied you may complain to your national authority; in Italy, the Garante per la protezione dei dati personali.

Base giuridica. Il tuo consenso, dato inviando il modulo (art. 6(1)(a) GDPR). Puoi revocarlo quando vuoi: ogni email contiene un link per cancellarti.
Chi altro tratta i dati. Usiamo Brevo come piattaforma di marketing. Inviando il modulo accetti che i dati personali forniti siano trasferiti a Brevo (Sendinblue SAS, Francia) per il trattamento, secondo la privacy policy di Brevo. I tuoi dati restano nell'UE. Il modulo è protetto dai bot con Cloudflare Turnstile, che può usare un cookie tecnico solo a questo scopo.
Cosa salva il browser. All'arrivo il sito verifica il tuo paese e ne salva la sigla nel browser, per non ripetere il controllo a ogni pagina. Non è collegata alla tua email e non lascia il tuo dispositivo.
Per quanto tempo. Fino a quando ti cancelli, oppure tre anni dopo l'annuncio del lancio se non apri mai nulla.
I tuoi diritti. Puoi chiederci di mostrare, correggere, cancellare o esportare i tuoi dati, o opporti al trattamento — scrivici e ce ne occupiamo entro un mese, gratuitamente. Se non sei soddisfatto puoi rivolgerti al Garante per la protezione dei dati personali.
