How We Produce Our Oils

At EXAU we exclusively produce extra virgin olive oil from olives grown in beautiful Calabria, south Italy where they benefit from the mediterranean weather, their native climate.

Each fall we harvest our olives, milling them within 8 hours of picking to ensure the highest quality product. The result is a delicious extra virgin olive oil in the hands of very happy customers!
