Can I cancel?
Yes, you can cancel at any time. Of course, we hope you'll stick with us until the end of time (we like commitment).
Can I upgrade/downgrade?
Yes! This must be done before the next renewal date. You can email us with your request or change your subscription within your account.
Can I choose which oils go in my shipment?
No. This is due to inventory planning. We must plan for an entire harvest and make sure we have enough product for all club members.
Can I change how often I get shipments?
At this time, no. We have very limited inventory and plan for 4x renewals a year per member. Therefore, we cannot make changes to renewal cycles.
