How often does the club ship?

The memberships ship quarterly. That's four times a year or every three months.

Who makes EXAU Olive Oil?

We produce all of our own extra virgin olive oils. Unlike many other brands, we own our trees, work harvest, and produce our own oils!

EXAU production is led by 3rd generation olive farmer and oil producer Giuseppe Morisani. Read more about our founders here.

Where are EXAU olive oils made?

All of our EVOOs are produced with fruit grown along the Ionian coast in Calabria, southern Italy. Calabria occupies the ball of the toe and is just across the water from Sicily.

The fruit is milled within hours of harvest to create the freshest product possible. Popular cultivars in the region include Carolea and Coratina.

Do I have to pay to join the club?

No! It's completely free. There's no contract, you can cancel at anytime.
