Cancellation policy

Olive Oil Club memberships renew automatically at the frequency you chose when you signed up (shown in your account), and we charge your payment method on file until you cancel. We'll email you before each upcoming charge and before any price change.

How to cancel: any time in My Account → Manage Subscriptions, or by emailing hello@exauoliveoil.com (we usually reply within 24 hours). Please cancel at least 2 days before your renewal date. On the renewal date itself, your order may already be charged and shipped.

Canceling stops future orders. Orders already charged and shipped are final. You can also skip or change a shipment in My Account.
